How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays. Shipping times vary according to final destination.
Incorrect information
Please be careful and review your order to ensure that your information is correct, especially the shipping and billing address. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at essentialsbynoel@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If your order has shipped, the courier may not accept an address change – if parcel is returned and you request to reship the parcel, additional shipping fees may be applied

Out-of-Stock Items
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time.
